ChatCards are available in denominations of 250, 500 and 750 units which provide 25, 50 and 75 Family Time minutes respectively. Crewmembers can purchase physical cards and discard them when the minutes have been used, or they can recharge the card with ChatCard Online.

Stratos eChatCard and ChatCard Online
With ChatCard Online, you can reload a ChatCard over and over again. This innovation requires much less organization and administration for ship managers, because cards stay in circulation much longer. It also eliminates shipping costs and potential delays in delivery. eChatCards can be ordered in any denomination up to 1500 units (150 Family Time minutes).

eChatCards can be delivered in PDF format or in an Excel spreadsheet, making transmission to vessels fast and cost effective. All ChatCard Online features, such as reload, activate or bar, apply to both the physical ChatCards as well as eChatCards.
