AmosConnect™ e-NOA/D from Stratos
Fast and free-of-charge compliance with U.S. Coast Guard requirements
AmosConnect NOA/D-USCG software from Stratos makes it easy for your vessels to comply with the U.S. Coast Guard requirements for electronic submission of Notices Of Arrival and Departure (e-NOA/D).
Easy to distribute and install on your vessels, the U.S. Coast Guard offers an onboard solution based on Microsoft Office 2003 and its InfoPath 2003 component. Although this is the preferred method for submitting NOA/D forms, it is not always compatible with your onboard PC configurations.
To avoid having to make unnecessary Windows upgrades or causing your vessels to experience delays, Stratos has developed easy-to-distribute and easy-to-install AmosConnect NOA/D-USCG software for onboard use.
This software allows you to fill in the NOA/D forms, thus meeting the business rules of the USCG. Then you can submit forms in the required format to the USCG National Vessel Movement Center. For more detailed information click documentation link on the right or visit the US Coast Guard website.

Version 1.6.6
The US Coast Guard has introduced a number of additions and changes to the eNOAD specification. To minimize the risk of validation errors and to stay in compliance with the US coast Guard specification, Stratos has upgraded it's AmosConnect e-NOA/D software to version 1.6.6.
Version 1.6.5
The US Coast Guard has introduced a new automated validation system to enforce greater compliance with the rules and requirements for NOAD submissions. To minimize the risk of validation errors, Stratos has upgraded it's AmosConnect e-NOA/D software to version 1.6.5. This version also changes the default submission email address to the new address used by the USCG. Although the USCG has indicated that the old address will be valid for some time, Stratos recommends upgrading to this version to prevent notices being rejected in the future.
Version 1.6.2
Following changes in the Pick Lists issued by the U.S. Coast Guard on 02 October 2007, AmosConnect e-NOA/D has been updated to version 1.6.2. The update includes changes to the Country List, Port List and Crew Type List and it is recommended that all users upgrade to this version. Users that are currently using 1.6 can use the data package also available from the download link above.
Version 1.6.1
Version 1.6 of eNOAD has been available for download since December 2006. The US Coast guard has published additional requirements for the electronic Notices Of Arrival and Departure. These requirements are effective from January 1, 2007 onwards and affect all vessels sailing to or from the CARICOM (Caribbean Countries) countries. All other vessels may continue to use the previous version. Our AmosConnect NOA/D application has been upgraded to incorporate the latest requirements.
Version 1.5.1
Version 1.5.1 of the AmosConnect NOA/D USCG application was made available for download in December 2005. That version was not a critical upgrade of the shipboard version, and is not strictly necessary if you have version 1.5 already running onboard. If you have not upgraded yet to version 1.5 or higher, we urge you to do so.
Upon requests of many AmosConnect NOA/D users, we reintroduced in version 1.5.1 the option of a US-to-US Notice of arrival. Omission of this option had caused a certain amount of confusion. To increase the usability of the application we also added Add, Remove and Edit buttons to the Crew list, Passenger list and Cargo list tabs. We also made it possible to move the position of a port in the Last Five Ports list.
